A company is looking for a Senior Director of Network and File Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end integration of hospital and provider networks into enterprise systems
• Lead high-performing teams and manage personnel matters, including mentoring and performance evaluations
• Ensure successful implementation of outbound file integrations and maintain relationships with key vendors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 12 years of related business experience in TPA/Payer operations
• 5 years of leadership experience
• Ability to develop business strategies and convert them into measurable results
• Broad understanding of the healthcare/insurance industry
• Experience with network integration and healthcare data interchange formats
