Job Summary

Leading high-performing teams in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Director of Networking & Security will manage enterprise networking and cybersecurity services, focusing on team development, global delivery operations, and strategic client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and scale teams of network and security engineers, driving organizational transformation and development
• Oversee global delivery operations for managed services and MSSP, ensuring adherence to SLAs and customer satisfaction metrics
• Lead the development of networking and security capabilities, including cloud security, compliance frameworks, and operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large networking and security teams in a senior leadership role
• Demonstrated success in building and transforming high-performance teams within MSP/MSSP environments
• Expertise in core networking fundamentals and advanced security domains, including Zero Trust architecture
• Strong financial acumen related to infrastructure cost models and consumption-based services
• Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
