Senior Director of NSA Operations
Job Summary
To lead and scale Payor Response teams, the full-time Senior Director of NSA Operations will drive operational excellence across informal NSA workflows, utilize advanced analytics for performance improvement, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize arbitration outcomes in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop the Payor Response operations teams, providing coaching and conducting performance evaluations
- Oversee advanced data analysis to identify trends and revenue opportunities, partnering with Data Reporting to create automated dashboards
- Drive the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow automation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
- 10+ years of relevant work experience, with 2+ years in management consulting preferred
- Direct experience with the No Surprises Act (NSA) and federal or state arbitration processes
- Strong mastery of Excel and experience with large healthcare claims datasets
- Experience with SQL and data visualization platforms such as Power BI is strongly preferred
