Senior Director of Nuclear Programs

Job Summary

To support the growth of a pioneering nuclear technology company, the remote Senior Director of Nuclear Programs will manage the integration of corporate programs necessary for regulatory compliance and commercial deployment, focusing on aligning engineering, quality assurance, procurement, construction, operations, safety, and compliance into a coherent system.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain an integrated framework across all corporate programs to ensure coordinated development
• Lead the identification and maturation of corporate programs to support project execution and regulatory success
• Serve as the integrator across major corporate programs, ensuring effective interfaces and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in the nuclear industry with a deep understanding of program structures for regulatory compliance
• Extensive experience with enterprise-level nuclear programs across engineering, QA, procurement, and operations
• Deep understanding of NQA-1 quality programs and nuclear regulatory frameworks
• Experience engaging with the NRC or DOE on regulatory matters
• U.S. citizenship required, with the ability to meet Export Control requirements under 10 CFR 810
