Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Occupancy Planning & Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic occupancy excellence and manage teams while fostering relationships across organizations
• Plan and manage portfolios to maximize space efficiency and assist clients with migration strategies
• Review and prepare project status reports, forecasting inventory changes and supporting decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in occupancy, space, and change management processes
• Experience with CAFM systems and AutoCAD, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience implementing flex office and alternative workplace solutions
• Critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze data and create credible planning reports
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
