Senior Director of Operational Excellence

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of continuous improvement initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Director of Operational Excellence will drive scalable processes and governance frameworks across the Research & Development Quality organization, enhancing quality oversight and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year Operational Excellence roadmap aligned with R&D Quality strategy
• Establish and lead governance processes for R&D Quality, including operating reviews and decision forums
• Drive cross-functional improvement initiatives across audits, inspections, and quality systems

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Strategy in a regulated industry, or Master's degree with 9 years, or Bachelor's degree with 11 years
• At least 5 years of experience directly managing people or leading teams and projects
• Strong knowledge of GxP regulations including GCP, GLP, and quality system management
• Demonstrated success in leading enterprise transformation and complex integration programs
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Operations/Engineering, or similar) preferred
