Senior Director of Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Corporate Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO and executive team to align strategy with execution and lead company-wide operational planning
• Implement and improve systems, processes, and tools to drive operational scalability and excellence, ensuring compliance across corporate operations
• Manage the Operations team, including hiring, performance, coaching, and career development, while driving operational KPIs and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) preferred
• 10+ years of experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences operations
• 3-5 years in a leadership or senior operations role, ideally in a high-growth or venture-backed environment
• Strong project management and organizational skills with experience in scaling operations
• Deep understanding of operational compliance, including legal, regulatory, and quality management systems
