Key Responsibilities

• Chart a strategic capabilities roadmap for telephony and agent support within the Telesales organization
• Lead the implementation and operation of new technology solutions to enhance operational efficiencies and sales outcomes
• Monitor team performance through KPIs and document program implementations in a centralized operating playbook

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of experience in leading scaled call center operations or product teams
• 4+ years of experience implementing complex telephony systems or CRM platforms
• 2+ years of project implementation or project management experience
