Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director / VP of Central Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of scheduling call center and offshore BPO teams, ensuring efficient chart prep, billing support, and prior authorizations
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards for centralized support functions while building scalable workflows
• Lead strategic planning for resource allocation and manage offshore BPO vendor relationships to ensure compliance and performance

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in multi-site or centralized support functions
• Strong experience managing healthcare call centers or global shared services
• Proven success in managing offshore BPO relationships and capacity planning
• Deep knowledge of workforce planning and call center metrics
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth healthcare or tech-enabled services environment preferred
