Key Responsibilities

• Ensure profitability of multiple programs/accounts by meeting client-specified service levels and business objectives
• Maintain effective client relations and translate client requirements into actionable plans
• Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements for operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Operations roles
• Minimum of 2 years as a BPO Ops director managing a team of 1000+
• Experience with performance metrics and reporting strategies
• Proven project management and organizational skills
