Senior Director of Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Operations to manage and oversee all business operations while focusing on growth and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management to staff, aligning with the company's mission and values
• Develop strategic relationships with customers and collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance
• Support the President in achieving business goals and objectives, including profitability and cash flow

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or Construction Management
• 10+ years of experience in the US Federal Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Industry
• 10+ years of experience in Business Management and Operations Management supporting the Public Sector
• 5+ years of experience in US Federal Business Strategy and Development
• Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred; background check required with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
