Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Corporate Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to align strategy with execution and oversee operational planning
• Implement systems and processes to enhance operational scalability and ensure compliance across corporate operations
• Manage the Operations team, including hiring, performance, and development, while driving operational KPIs and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) preferred
• 10+ years of experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences operations
• 3-5 years in a leadership or senior operations role in a high-growth environment
• Strong project management skills with experience in operational compliance and quality management
• Proven ability to build and lead diverse teams across operational functions
