Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Tides Center Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement efforts for service delivery in collaboration with internal teams
• Develop and implement training and capacity building programs for partners and service teams
• Manage strategic communications and documentation for partner engagement and resource sharing

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of direct experience in nonprofit operations or 10 years of relevant experience
• 4 years of supervisory experience required
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data from multiple sources
• Exceptional project management skills and ability to facilitate collaborative change
• Alignment with organizational values and commitment to partner needs
