Senior Director of Operations

Job Summary

Leading strategic portfolio planning, the full-time Senior Director of Operations will establish and mature the Portfolio & Program Management Office (PPMO), partnering with various departments to enhance operational effectiveness in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic portfolio planning and prioritization across Growth Marketing & Digital Experience (GMDx)
• Establish governance, reporting standards, and scalable operating processes for the PPMO
• Build and develop a high-performing team and program management community through coaching and continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership
• 12+ years of progressive experience in operations, portfolio, or program management
• Proven expertise in managing budgets and financial processes
• Deep knowledge of program/portfolio management methodologies (SAFe, Agile, Waterfall)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to balance strategic planning and execution
