Job Summary

Leading operational strategy and execution for the Dental/Ortho segment, the full-time remote Senior Director of Operations will manage scalable operating plans, optimize customer success systems, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational strategy and execution to drive sustainable growth and performance metrics
• Build and optimize operating systems across Customer Success, Support, Implementation, Sales, and Marketing teams
• Establish a disciplined business operating cadence, including forecasting and KPI reviews for informed decision-making

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations or service delivery within B2B SaaS or healthcare technology
• Demonstrated success in partnering across multiple business functions to drive outcomes
• Proven experience in building scalable operating models and performance management systems
• Strong leadership experience in developing high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
• Excellent strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
