Job Summary
To support the operational foundation for Enterprise and SLED sales organizations, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Operations will manage data intelligence, order management, and sales support functions, ensuring a streamlined customer experience and effective go-to-market strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of operational processes and governance to enhance seller productivity and customer buying experiences
- Establish a data intelligence function that provides actionable insights for sales performance and market strategy
- Create and develop a high-performing sales support organization to improve seller effectiveness and customer responsiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, operations, marketing, telecommunications, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales operations or related functions
- 5+ years of experience leading teams in complex, cross-functional environments
- Strong experience with order management, sales process design, and operational governance
- Proven success in building analytics-driven operating models to influence go-to-market strategies
