Senior Director of Operations

Job Summary

To support a growing transformation initiative, the full-time Senior Director of Operations will manage the Executive Leadership Team's operating cadence, oversee the Value Creation Plan, and lead the development of an AI-driven strategy-to-execution platform in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the ELT operating cadence, including agenda design and facilitation for meetings and reviews
• Track open threads, decisions, and commitments across the ELT to ensure accountability and follow-through
• Drive the reporting and coordination of the Value Creation Plan initiative portfolio, managing milestones and escalations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or transformation program management
• Demonstrated experience driving programs within PE-backed companies, including managing initiative portfolios
• Management consulting background (MBB, Big 4, or equivalent) strongly preferred
• Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with senior executive stakeholders
• Experience designing and running executive operating cadences and meeting facilitation at the leadership level
