Senior Director of Operations

Job Summary

To drive the rhythm of the Value Creation Plan and support the Executive Leadership Team, the full-time remote Senior Director of Operations will manage the ELT operating cadence, oversee cross-functional initiative portfolios, and lead the development of an AI-driven strategy-to-execution platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the ELT operating cadence, including agenda design and facilitation for meetings and reviews
• Track open threads, decisions, and commitments across the ELT to ensure accountability and timelines
• Lead program management of the company's AI-driven strategy-to-execution platform, coordinating with analytics and engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or transformation program management
• Demonstrated experience driving programs inside PE-backed companies
• Management consulting background (MBB, Big 4, or equivalent) strongly preferred
• Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with senior executive stakeholders
• Experience designing and running executive operating cadences and decision tracking at the leadership level
