Senior Director of Operations

Job Summary

Driving operational excellence in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Director of Operations will manage P&L performance and oversee the Patient Engagement Services team, ensuring effective patient outreach, engagement, and scheduling while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the performance of Evergreen-aligned patients and manage the EGA P&L
• Provide strategic and operational oversight of the Patient Engagement Services function to enhance patient access and engagement
• Lead, coach, and develop the EPG and PES teams, fostering a high-performance culture and driving cross-functional collaboration

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare operations with P&L oversight and team leadership experience
• Strong understanding of value-based care and experience in a virtual care delivery environment
• Experience managing patient outreach or engagement operations is a plus
• Proven ability to build and scale teams while holding them accountable to performance metrics
• A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred
