Job Summary

Driving operational excellence across the Foundation and KIPP Network, the full-time Senior Director of Operations will design, own, and continuously improve core processes and systems, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities while overseeing cross-functional coordination and change management.

Key responsibilities

• Set vision and maintain a multi-year roadmap for operational process development and improvement
• Design and oversee cross-functional processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability
• Lead change management strategies for new processes, ensuring adoption through training and clear expectations

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in organizational process design and improvement
• Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations
• Strong track record of building and sustaining operational systems at scale
• Demonstrated ability to drive data-informed decision-making
• Experience in managing and executing project plans effectively
