Job Summary
As a trusted advisor to the COO of Legal, Societal, and Global Affairs, the full-time Senior Director of Operations will design and enhance the organization's operating model, oversee strategic programs, and drive operational excellence while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and evolve LSGA's annual operating cadence, including planning processes and performance management
- Lead the LSGA PMO and portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring successful execution and alignment across teams
- Continuously assess and improve LSGA processes and workflows to enhance organizational effectiveness and productivity
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in strategic operations, business operations, or related executive roles
- Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-wide initiatives in complex organizations
- Strong business and financial acumen, including budgeting and resource management
- Exceptional program management and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment in ambiguous situations
