Job Summary
Leading enterprise-wide HUB and patient access programs, the full-time Senior Director of Operations will drive performance and scalability in a fully remote environment while enhancing patient access to life-changing therapies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead HUB and patient access operations across enterprise clients
- Translate contracts, SLAs, and program requirements into scalable workflows
- Establish executive reporting, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; MBA/advanced degree preferred
- Deep expertise in HUB services, patient access, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare operations
- Executive-level client relationship skills
- Strong SOW, SLA, financial, and analytical capabilities
- Proven ability to scale complex operations and influence cross-functional teams
