Senior Director of Operations Analytics

Job Summary

Driving performance and enhancing guest experience, the full-time Senior Director of Operations Analytics will lead innovative measurement practices and analytics strategy across property operations, collaborating with various teams while working within Eastern or Central Time Zones.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the analytics vision for Property & Operations in alignment with enterprise priorities
• Own measurement strategy for operations pilots and initiatives, translating results into actionable insights for senior leaders
• Lead development of robust measurement frameworks across Global Operations domains, ensuring analytics reflect real operational realities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or related field required; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in analytics, strategy, or operations with significant leadership responsibility
• Proven experience driving measurement and analytics for complex operational environments
• Hospitality or lodging operations experience required
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and drive adoption of analytics in business decision making
