Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Operations - Psychiatry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Regional Clinical Directors managing quality and performance for over 200 nurse practitioners and collaborating physicians
• Oversee Psychiatry-dedicated Call Center and Clinician Onboarding Support teams to enhance clinician and patient experiences
• Manage P&L outcomes, operational metrics, and cross-functional initiatives to improve service quality and growth strategy

Qualifications

• 5+ years of managerial experience overseeing large care delivery teams
• 8+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with healthcare operations including workforce management and prior authorizations
• Bachelor's Degree
