Senior Director of Order to Cash

Job Summary

Leading a transformative finance team, the full-time remote Senior Director of Order to Cash will drive strategy and process improvements across order processing, cash application, and collections while collaborating with various business functions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business functions to identify and close gaps in back-office customer experience
• Collaborate with technology partners to enhance invoicing accuracy and improve time to cash
• Lead a global team in refining organizational structures and processes for optimal customer experience

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Order to Cash, Revenue Operations, or a related field
• Strong analytical and change leadership skills
• Proven ability to think strategically while managing detailed execution
• Experience with Salesforce and/or NetSuite is highly valued
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting or finance
