Senior Director of Order to Cash
Job Summary
Leading the development of a world-class Order to Cash (OTC) team, the full-time remote Senior Director of Order to Cash will manage end-to-end OTC processes, oversee billing and collections, and drive performance metrics across North and South America.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the Order to Cash process across multiple business models and regions
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of billing, collections, revenue recognition, and cash application activities
- Define and monitor OTC performance metrics, collaborating with various internal teams to enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Order to Cash, Revenue Operations, or a related field
- 5+ years of leadership experience in Order to Cash delivery
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Working knowledge of US GAAP, SOX compliance, and audit procedures
- Experience with large ERP systems and financial software
