Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Organizational Effectiveness & Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement an OKR framework and KPI infrastructure across the organization
- Oversee the selection and implementation of performance management platforms
- Coach and enable managers to effectively use KPIs and OKRs for performance management
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness, HR strategy, or performance management
- Experience leading performance platform implementations from selection to adoption
- Proven track record of designing and implementing OKR or KPI frameworks at scale
- Background in management consulting, organizational development, or business operations preferred
- Coaching certification or formal leadership development background preferred
