Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Organizational Effectiveness & Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement an OKR framework and KPI infrastructure across the organization
  • Oversee the selection and implementation of performance management platforms
  • Coach and enable managers to effectively use KPIs and OKRs for performance management


Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness, HR strategy, or performance management
  • Experience leading performance platform implementations from selection to adoption
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing OKR or KPI frameworks at scale
  • Background in management consulting, organizational development, or business operations preferred
  • Coaching certification or formal leadership development background preferred
