Job Summary
Managing the end-to-end workflow of outbound campaigns, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Outbound Growth will oversee campaign execution, coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of outbound initiatives in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Programme-manage the outbound campaign lifecycle from brief to pipeline entry, ensuring adherence to timelines and standards
- Coordinate outbound activities across the organization, maintaining visibility and preventing duplication of efforts
- Track performance metrics and deliver regular status reports to senior leadership, identifying process improvements as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7+ years in programme management, commercial operations, or growth operations, preferably in life sciences or healthcare services
- Proven experience managing complex operational workflows with clear timelines and accountability
- Operational fluency with CRM and campaign tools such as Salesforce and SalesLoft
- Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and implement process improvements
