Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of performance marketing, the full-time Senior Director of Paid Marketing will manage a significant budget for paid search and social channels, driving scalable growth through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the multi-year vision and quarterly roadmap for paid search and paid social across key platforms
- Drive day-to-day campaign performance through creative testing, audience strategy, and budget management
- Implement advanced attribution models to measure the full-funnel impact of performance spend
Required qualifications
- Minimum of ten years of paid marketing experience, with at least four years in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of scaling paid search and paid social programs with significant budgets
- Deep technical fluency with major ad platforms and analytics tools
- Strong command of attribution methodologies and experience in driving automation through APIs and scripts
