- Own the P&L for the partner portfolio, driving agent adoption and total partner revenue
- Build a unified growth system across various marketing functions and prioritize channels based on data analysis
- Manage and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, GTM strategy, or performance marketing
- Fluent in customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and revenue forecasting
- Experienced in attribution modeling and funnel analytics
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Experience scaling two-sided marketplaces is a strong plus
