Job Summary

Leading a multi-disciplinary organization, the full-time Senior Director of Partner Operations will be responsible for accelerating revenue through strategy, operations, and execution across Global Partner Sales, Renewals, and Enablement while collaborating with senior leaders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the GVP of Partner Sales and provide support to their leadership team
  • Define and own the strategy for commercial operations, focusing on pipeline growth and seller productivity
  • Establish KPIs for revenue outcomes and regularly report progress to executive stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales strategy, or partner operations, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
  • Proven track record in building or transforming commercial operations in a global B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and aligning them around shared outcomes
  • Strong understanding of GTM motions, including segmentation and capacity planning
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders
