Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Partner Sales, AMER.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the Partner strategy in AMER to achieve growth targets for Indirect and Agency business
  • Lead and motivate a team of senior Partner leaders and managers across Canada, USA, and LATAM
  • Drive collaboration between partners and internal sales teams to enhance revenue growth
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree; MBA preferred
  • 15+ years of relevant business experience, with 8-10 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in B2B sales within a platform-focused technology environment
  • Proven experience managing technology partners and systems integrators
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a highly matrixed environment
