Job Summary

Focused on driving successful transitions for newly acquired firms, the full-time remote Senior Director of Partner Success will manage a portfolio of 8-10 firms, ensuring their commercial, cultural, and operational integration while maintaining strong relationships with financial advisors.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead pre-LOI diligence and assess firm fit for acquisitions, contributing to deal structure considerations
  • Oversee the integration process post-acquisition, ensuring successful cultural and operational alignment
  • Develop and execute value creation plans for each firm, monitoring growth and retention metrics
Required qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or management consulting
  • Demonstrated success in driving commercial outcomes in client-facing roles
  • Familiarity with the RIA or independent advisory space and organizational change processes
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to earn trust from experienced financial professionals
  • Operational discipline to manage multiple firms effectively and proactively address potential issues
