Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carrier partners to ensure program awareness and operational efficiency
• Lead partnership negotiations and develop long-term strategies to enhance offerings and increase revenue
• Monitor partnership performance and provide reports on successes, challenges, and areas for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sales or partner management, preferably in benefits administration or the insurance industry
• In-depth knowledge of benefit administration processes and insurance carrier structures
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and CRM software
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, but equivalent job experience is acceptable
