Key Responsibilities

• Transform the Membership Advantages program into a strategic partner program
• Negotiate and execute partnerships with various stakeholders in the industry
• Own and grow the referral program, formalizing tracking and accountability

Required Qualifications

• 7-12+ years in business development, partnerships, or GTM roles
• Direct exposure to capital markets, fintech, investment banking, or financial services
• Based in the NYC area with a willingness to engage in market activities
• Proven track record of building and scaling partner-led growth programs
