A company is looking for a Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships & Advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive fundraising, philanthropic revenue, and strategic growth by building and leading an integrated advancement function
• Represent the organization externally and manage a small team while engaging senior leaders across sectors
• Strengthen internal alignment and stewardship by building disciplined advancement infrastructure and collaborating with various departments

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in development, partnerships, or strategic revenue leadership
• Proven track record of securing high six- and seven-figure philanthropic grants or investments
• Experience leading strategy in distributed-revenue or matrixed environments
• Strong comfort with CRM systems and revenue operations
• Experience managing and developing staff
