Key Responsibilities

• Define partner strategy and maintain a multi-year partner pipeline aligned to company objectives
• Lead deal structuring, negotiations, and ensure successful launch governance of partnerships
• Drive quarterly execution and manage partner-sourced pipeline to achieve sales outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred with 10 years of experience in Partnerships & Alliances or business development
• 10 years of team leadership and management experience, including executive-level engagement
• Strong experience with global technology platform providers and systems integrators
• Proven ability to design and scale partner programs that drive revenue growth
• Demonstrated global leadership experience with high-performing teams and customer needs awareness
