Senior Director of Partnerships

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Influencer, Affiliate, and Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategy for influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and strategic partnerships
• Set KPIs and performance targets, reporting on channel performance to executive leadership
• Build and scale a best-in-class influencer marketing program and optimize the affiliate program

Required Qualifications:

• 8-12+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or related growth marketing roles
• Deep understanding of the influencer landscape and partnership models across industries
• Proven track record of building and scaling partnership programs at a D2C brand
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive strategy
• 4+ years in a leadership role managing teams and budgets
