Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Partner Manager in the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deepen strategic partnerships with US Headquartered banks
• Define and execute multi-year partnership roadmaps aligned with business priorities
• Drive complex negotiations and ensure alignment between commercial opportunities and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or fintech, with significant experience with US GSIBs
• Senior-level experience in transaction banking, treasury, payments, or digital asset strategy
• Proven ability to navigate complex approval processes within large financial institutions
• Strong understanding of bank balance sheets and liquidity management
• Familiarity with generative AI models and prompt development
