Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Strategic Partnership Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish market presence and distribution channels for new products via consulting partnerships
- Identify and close new employer sales opportunities within assigned markets
- Build and maintain relationships with consulting and brokerage firms to promote the company's offerings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in healthcare or employee benefits
- Proven ability to develop relationships with employer decision-makers and benefits consultants
- Strong understanding of pharmacy benefits and employee benefits administration
- Experience with CRM systems and data-driven sales tools
