Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Strategic Partnership Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish market presence and distribution channels for new products via consulting partnerships
  • Identify and close new employer sales opportunities within assigned markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with consulting and brokerage firms to promote the company's offerings
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 15+ years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in healthcare or employee benefits
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with employer decision-makers and benefits consultants
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy benefits and employee benefits administration
  • Experience with CRM systems and data-driven sales tools
