Senior Director of Partnerships

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, SI Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary executive point of contact for key SI partners, fostering deep institutional alignment
• Design and execute technical enablement programs to ensure partners deliver complex process automation
• Lead the joint go-to-market strategy to drive partner-originated sales initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in SI Alliances, Channel Management, or Management Consulting
• Proven success in building and managing partner programs that drive significant revenue
• Experience in scaling a partner network from early adopters to high proficiency
• Background in leading strategic architecture engagements or enterprise-wide AI adoption
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
