Job Summary

Driving strategic partner growth, the full-time Senior Director of Partnerships will develop and execute partner strategies to enhance revenue from Software as a Service and digital solutions, while leading a team and collaborating across various functions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans with core partners to build incremental pipelines and manage enterprise sales tracking
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver structured enablement plans and coordinate joint sales campaigns
  • Direct joint lead generation activities and manage partner engagement escalations while ensuring adherence to organizational standards
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of technology sales experience with Software as a Service and digital solutions across large global accounts
  • Deep domain expertise within software- and services-driven partner ecosystems, including knowledge of Value-Added Resellers and Cloud partners
  • Proven sales leadership success with a strategic mindset and commercial acumen
  • Exceptional consultative relationship skills for networking and collaboration with stakeholders and decision-makers
