Job Summary
To develop and grow enterprise-level partnerships across the consumer financial ecosystem, the full-time Senior Director of Partnerships will lead partner management, influence partnership planning, and oversee marketing activities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead partner management for consumer relationships with a focus on program growth
- Develop and implement a partnership planning, tracking, and reporting framework to maintain partner engagement
- Create co-marketing proposals that drive value for the company and identify third-party opportunities in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
Required qualifications
- Prior experience in partnerships, account management, and/or sales
- Ability to use data analysis to inform business opportunities and develop action plans
- Advanced knowledge of digital and traditional marketing tactics and KPIs, with proficiency in fintech
- Proven ability to collaborate with organizational leadership
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
