Senior Director of Partnerships

Job Summary

To build and own a consulting and advisory partner ecosystem, the full-time Senior Director of Partnerships will define partner strategy, manage senior-level relationships, and drive revenue growth through collaboration with top-tier strategy firms and boutique advisory practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-develop joint points of view and frameworks with partner firms to position Skan in their published strategies on AI adoption and transformation
• Identify and cultivate relationships with leading consulting firms and manage senior-level partnerships to influence client recommendations
• Design and execute joint go-to-market programs and track consulting-sourced revenue growth

Required Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of experience in strategic alliances, management consulting, or enterprise SaaS partnerships
• Direct experience working with or inside a top-tier strategy or advisory firm (MBB or equivalent)
• Proven ability to build senior-level relationships that translate into client-facing influence
• Deep understanding of advisory firms' processes for technology assessments and transformation roadmaps
• Experience in process intelligence, agentic AI, RPA, or automation domains is strongly preferred
