Job Summary

Leading a comprehensive revenue cycle management strategy, the full-time Arizona Licensed Senior Director of Patient Financial Services will oversee multiple departments, including billing and collections, while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develops and implements departmental procedures to optimize claims processing, cash collections, and denial management
• Manages annual cost reporting and oversees relationships with external vendors and internal departments
• Directs personnel management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations for subordinate staff

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of related experience in Business, Finance, or a similar field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Patient Financial Services and Revenue Integrity
• Preferred Master's degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Experience in revenue cycle management is preferred, with a minimum of 12 years in the field
• Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to Arizona
