Senior Director of Patient Services

Job Summary

To ensure coordinated access to therapy, the full-time remote Senior Director of Patient Services will oversee the strategic management and continuous improvement of the patient support program, managing third-party vendors and enhancing the overall patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the management of patient support programs to guarantee access to Neurotech's Encapsulated Cell Technology
• Provide strategic oversight of third-party vendors to ensure adherence to service level agreements and efficiency in service delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and refine the patient support program strategy and monitor competitive activities

Required qualifications

• 7 - 10 years of experience in Patient and HUB Services within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
• Product launch experience in rare/orphan diseases, with a focus on gene and cell therapies preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Demonstrated experience in strategic leadership and operational execution related to patient access and education
• Outstanding project and budget management skills with experience managing multiple vendors
