Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Payor Solutions for the Southeast Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with target and key health plans in the Southeast Region
• Oversee the development, negotiation, and maintenance of financially sound contracting arrangements
• Mentor staff and ensure compliance with operational, quality, and legal requirements for contracts

Required Qualifications

• B.S. Degree required with 5+ years of experience
• Knowledge of Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid products/reimbursement methodologies
• Experience managing health plan relationships or network management
• Skilled negotiator with experience working with finance/legal
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain executive-level relationships
