Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Payment Solutions technical team in designing and implementing scalable payment solutions
• Manage and develop the team while building a strategic hiring plan to support business growth
• Oversee integration between payment solutions and existing enterprise applications to ensure seamless data flow

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years of experience managing payments technology or financial systems
• 3-5 years of experience implementing payment systems and processes
• 5+ years of management experience leading technical teams
• Extensive hands-on experience with payment processing systems and financial technology platforms
