Senior Director of Payments Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Product Management for Payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy for the payments portfolio, optimizing offerings and identifying growth opportunities
• Lead the expansion of the payments ecosystem, evaluating new monetization opportunities and cross-functional partnerships
• Drive alignment between product strategy and key business outcomes, tracking performance through defined KPIs

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience in payments, fintech, or SaaS
• Strong market-oriented product management experience, including competitive analysis and business case development
• Expertise across the payments value chain, including PayFac or merchant acquiring models
• Proven ability to link product strategy to measurable business outcomes
• Experience leading product teams in complex, multi-product environments
