Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Payroll Operations and Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee payroll and financial operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to payroll and financial transactions
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of leadership experience in Payroll and Financial Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • 5+ years of experience with payroll tax regulations and compliance in multi-jurisdiction environments
  • Proven experience in managing SLAs and supporting enterprise-level customers
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or similar certification preferred
  • Experience in banking or regulated payment environments is preferred
